Not your glasses rims. I mean your tire rims.
I don't own a car (yet), but my family has an 06 Sienna (which has hubcaps, not rims):
And an Acura 1.6el, which is a Canada-only car and has turtle alloys:
Your turn! Post down below!

not mine...but mine. I don't really care about what wheels look like on a vehicle like mine, so long as they are super strong.

Mine need to be refinished, but I'm never swapping them out. They are some of my favorite factory wheels of all time.

And Fiat alloy wheels (from a Tipo or a Croma ?) for winter tires (sorry for potato pic) :

On the Passat we put these new shoes on a few weeks ago, they are Borbet BS5 in 16 inches.
On the Xsara I only have OEM Citroën alloys. These are on the summer tires (which are low profile Firestones, bought the wheels and the tyres at the same time)
And since it currently has its winter shoes, it looks exactly like this one below.

I've refinished the insides of a number of this era GM alloy wheels. I don't think they like bead sealer.
Then some clearcoat on the insides and let it cure for a day or two before you mount tires.
